About North-Start Enterprises

Rurik Rodriguez is the Founder and General Manager at North-Start Enterprises, LLC.

With 10+ years’ experience in the energy sector serving domestic and international customers, he brings outstanding project management and customer service experience.

As a project manager, Rurik directed more than 30 projects spanned in 6 years with project values ranged from small (≥$100k) to multi-million dollar projects, managing on-time deliveries and meeting/surpassing the project objectives. In addition to the execution of equipment fabrication, he performed field commissioning activities around the globe in onshore and offshore industrial settings, working with multi-discipline professionals and in multi-cultural environments.

Having a demonstrated experience in construction projects and hands-on technical skills, he is transferring and committing all this passion and knowledge into the residential and commercial real estate renovations and general construction. His initial vision is to serve the Coastal Bend community looking to expand its services statewide, in this new entrepreneurial role.

Rurik holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering attained in Venezuela, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is also a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
